- Have you obtained County or City approved site plans? (Paving/Utilities/Terrain/Landscape/Zones)
- Have you prepared a foundation pad for installation? (Typically, 4-6” of rebar-reinforced concrete)
- Do you have an installation permit for the container? (City/County Permit to legally install the container)
- Do you have a forklift or crane available or scheduled to unload the container from semi-trailer? (Install the container onto the foundation pad)
- Do you have existing or new utilities set-up? (Gas/Electric/Water/Sewer)
- Have you made the final equipment and cosmetic selections? (Appliances/Fixtures/Flooring/Paint/Materials/Finishes/etc.)
* It is the customer’s responsibility to prepare county or city approved site plans, foundation pad preparation, installation permit, & forklift/crane scheduling and rental.

*Linked Equipment will gladly price-in assistance with the permitting & installation process to streamline the entire process of container manufacturing + installation. This includes site-plan approval process with the local city or county, permit approval process for installation, and scheduling cranes & forklifts to assist with installation of the containers onto a foundation pad.
