C1D1 & C1D2 Extraction Labs
Meet All State and County Regulations
Intermodular C1D1 and C1D2 Extraction Labs
Extraction labs can be dangerous environments, particularly depending on what solvents and methods are being used. For this reason, many extraction labs need to be classified as either C1D1 or C1D2. At Linked Equipment, we engineer and build both C1D1 and C1D2 extraction labs in the form of Intermodular Steel Building Units (ISBU). We convert shipping containers into fully automated, state-of-the-art C1D1 and C1D2 extraction labs.
Converted Shipping Containers as C1D1 & C1D2 Extraction Labs
Our C1D1 and C1D2 extraction labs are designed to meet all state and county regulations, depending on your state and county. Linked Equipment systems have been professionally engineered and are technologically advanced extraction pods that meet all regulations in legalized markets. When using converted shipping containers to build a C1D1 and C1D2 extraction lab, it offers the client an opportunity to get to market much faster than traditional lab structure builds.
Safe & Secure C1D1 & C1D2 Extraction Labs
At Linked Equipment, we prioritize safety and security in our C1D1 and C1D2 extraction labs. The primary concern in these types of labs is the risk of explosion and proper ventilation. These two things could pose risks to both the individuals working on the labs as well as the equipment itself. When the chemicals, solvents, and/or equipment pose these risks, it is required that a C1D1 and C1D2 extraction lab be used. Our C1D1 and C1D2 extraction labs are designed with an interlocked electrical and emergency system, ignition source controls, gas detection systems, and ventilation for both dilution and extraction fan systems. We have professionally engineered our containers for Co2, Butane, Hexane, Alcohol, as well as mixed solvents. We can custom build your C1D1 and C1D2 extraction labs that can scale easily with your needs and be configured in several arrangements.
